I have just received notification of a brand new product to be launched on 28th Of April, 2009 At 12pm EST.

The product is CPA Arbitrage by Chris Cobb and Saj P. and claims to provide all the backgound, explanations, tools, links and resources necessary to succeed with CPA (Cost Per Action Marketing).

I have dabbled with CPA over the years but have never really given it my full attention as I have been focussing on other business models. I have just finished reading the intro PDF Guide which is 76 pages long and full of useful information and resources for anyone wanting to start a business in CPA. If you already have a CPA marketing business you may pick up some tips and techniques that you have not seen before, I really don’t know. Marketing in any high profile niche is difficult but if the prices and products are good enough we can over the long term build a very successfull business.

I am currently helping a French Entrepreneur launch his successful offline distribution businesses on the internet. The first to go live is a Cosmetics and Hair Care Site and the Professional Cosmetics Site and Discount Quality Summer Clothing Site
are in development and will be live shortly.

The difference here is that these are French language sites which I am helping tanslate to English. Don’t believe the programs that claim to do translations for you, it would be like using a foreign language magazine which changed its page titles to English but left the copy in the original language to try to market your products in USA.

This has however opened my eyes to the opportunity of marketing to Non English Speaking Markets. As we all know using up to date IM techniques to market to non IM Niches allows us to gain a huge advantage over the competition.

Imagine applying those same techniques to find profitable niches in underdeveloped foreign language markets.

I have the advantage of being fluent in French and English and up to date with IM marketing skills however I can honestly say that I have rarely if ever seen an IM manual or training program offered in any other language than English.

Imagine if you could have been the first Guru to publish an Ebook on Adwords in English, or a how to create a membership site in English – Or even the 100th!!!!

I would however like to clarify one point made in the video. The video seems to say that a 4 percent increase in sales price will result in a 15 percent increase in net margin. This is incorrect as the effect on net margin will vary according to the percentage Cost of Sales and fixed costs in your business.

The example in the video also asumes that Cost of Sales will increase by the same percentage as sales price, this is incorrect.

The attached excel file shows you some examples of what the effect of different fixed costs will have on this model.

The World Internet Summit is currently being held in Sydney Australia. Last year I attended both the World Internet Main Event in San Francisco and the World Internet Summit in London. Both events were well worth attending for a number of reasons but particularly :

The quality and availability of the speakers
and
The networking potential with other attendees

I was fortunate enough to be able to spend quality one to one time with amongst others :

Sean Roach, Armand Morin, Tracy Repchuck, Adam Ginsberg, Simon Leung, Michael Cheney, Keith Wellman, Tim Brocklehurst, Gary Ambrose and Robert Puddy.

As well as to meet and talk with many other attendees about their internet businesses, (successes and failures).

Any one else out there with conference or summit experience please let me know whether they were good or bad and why. I am sure that as in most things internet related the quality and value for money will vary enormously. The best indication for me is always the quality and spread of the speakers which you should be able to judge before the event.

I just came across this video clip of the Beatles singing Help!

Absolutely superb!

It also reminded me of the importance of help in developing a successful internet business. Most new poeple getting involved in setting up an internet business try to do everything themselves. Whilst it is not impossible to succeed in this way it is certainly not the quickest or recommended route.

Try to find a mentor, join a coaching program, correspond with other like minded people, form mastermind groups, attend webinars, attend workshops and seminars. There is a vast amount of free information available on the net but don’t underestimate the amount of on going education you will need to succeed.
