I have just received notification of a brand new product to be launched on 28th Of April, 2009 At 12pm EST.

Marketing in any high profile niche is difficult but if the prices and products are good enough we can over the long term build a very successfull business.
I am currently helping a French Entrepreneur launch his successful offline distribution businesses on the internet. The first to go live is a Cosmetics and Hair Care Site and the Professional Cosmetics Site and Discount Quality Summer Clothing Site
are in development and will be live shortly.
The difference here is that these are French language sites which I am helping tanslate to English. Don’t believe the programs that claim to do translations for you, it would be like using a foreign language magazine which changed its page titles to English but left the copy in the original language to try to market your products in USA.
This has however opened my eyes to the opportunity of marketing to Non English Speaking Markets. As we all know using up to date IM techniques to market to non IM Niches allows us to gain a huge advantage over the competition.
Imagine applying those same techniques to find profitable niches in underdeveloped foreign language markets.
I have the advantage of being fluent in French and English and up to date with IM marketing skills however I can honestly say that I have rarely if ever seen an IM manual or training program offered in any other language than English.
Imagine if you could have been the first Guru to publish an Ebook on Adwords in English, or a how to create a membership site in English – Or even the 100th!!!!

I recently came across the site zemanta.com. Their tag line appears to be
“Zemanta gives you:. Pleasure” whilst this may lead some people’s imaginations to run wild and avoid visiting the site I would strongly recommend a visit.
Zemanta enables your browser to understand what you are blogging about and suggest pictures, links, articles and tags to make your posts more vibrant.
Its concept is simple: It gets the images from Wikimedia Commons, Flickr and various stock photo providers, and lets you pick them out and place them into your post.
They are suggested based on contextual comparison of your text and the image’s title, description and the articles they were used in originally.

The World Internet Summit is currently being held in Sydney Australia. Last year I attended both the World Internet Main Event in San Francisco and the World Internet Summit in London. Both events were well worth attending for a number of reasons but particularly :
The quality and availability of the speakers
and
The networking potential with other attendees
I was fortunate enough to be able to spend quality one to one time with amongst others :
Sean Roach, Armand Morin, Tracy Repchuck, Adam Ginsberg, Simon Leung, Michael Cheney, Keith Wellman, Tim Brocklehurst, Gary Ambrose and Robert Puddy.
As well as to meet and talk with many other attendees about their internet businesses, (successes and failures).

Any one else out there with conference or summit experience please let me know whether they were good or bad and why. I am sure that as in most things internet related the quality and value for money will vary enormously. The best indication for me is always the quality and spread of the speakers which you should be able to judge before the event.

I get pestered every day by messages telling me that friends have invited me to do this that or the other on facebook. I used to waste my time trying to open them only to find that 90 per cent of the time they forced me to invite all my friends before I could even open the message.
Obviously facebook’s owners love this as their advertising revenue goes up exponentially. But do they share that with the real owners of facebook – the users?
If they do my check must still be in the post….
I now only open certain posts from certain applications (less and less) however I recently came across a new social networking site which claimed to be “The Worlds First Social Networking Site Which Pays Its Users”. Intrigued I signed up mid January and as they declare users earnings midway through the following month was keen to see if they lived up to their promise…
Sure enough I logged in and was surprised to see that I had in fact earned money in my first 2 weeks on the site. I admit not enough to pay for a sandwich but I remember my first adsense site earned less in its first month.
This is never going to replace your Day Job but if you are spending time on facebook and not getting paid why not give it a try.
After all the whole business of making money on the internet, whether by affiliate marketing, adsense income, EBay , Amazon or selling your own products is about creating multiple sources of income – why not use Yuwie as another perhaps small but painless addition to your portfolio.
